Trauma Informed Support
CBTL (Create, Build, Teach, Lead) provides structured, trauma-informed intervention for young people experiencing chronic stress exposure. Our approach restores emotional regulation, strengthens emotional literacy, identity and self-regulation and rebuilds developmental stability through consistent, relational support.
Regulation & Stabilisation
We begin by restoring emotional regulation. Young people are taught grounding techniques, structured routines and emotional literacy tools that reduce crisis responses and rebuild internal stability.
Our approach focuses on consistency, relational safety and measurable behavioural change.
We work with schools, local authorities, youth justice services and community organisations to deliver measurable outcomes. Our framework builds agency, responsibility and leadership capacity in young people transitioning from crisis to growth.
Agency, Identity & Leadership
Once stabilised, young people move into structured responsibility pathways.
Through strengths mapping, reflective practice and leadership tasks, they rebuild identity, develop accountability and transition from crisis to contribution within school and community environments.
Programme Delivery
CBTL trauma-informed support can be delivered through structured one-to-one mentoring, small group sessions or targeted workshops depending on the needs of the young people and the organisation.
Delivery options include:
• Individual mentoring support
• Small group development sessions
• School and community-based programmes
• Targeted intervention for youth justice referrals
Programmes are tailored to the needs of schools, youth organisations and local authority services.
